    TV is not up scratch.

    TV is exceptionally slow, the speech synchronization is terrible using Bluetooth, there is no output jack for direct cable plug in for sound which means I must use Bluetooth.

    Your user manual instructs to place the TV where there is no vibration, yet you advertise the opposite.

    I am VERY disappointed in your product.
