I’m not certain that I needed to purchase the insurance. The TV was well packed by the manufacturer but of course you never know the person who delivers the goods will treat an item. I feel that it gives one some peace of mind knowing that if it’s damaged you have someone to claim against. So overall it was value for money.

Congratulations Englaon! My 24” TV turned up in Broome from Qld 10 days after ordering. I had cancelled an order from another national retailer because after 19 days they couldn’t even tell me when my order would be dispatched from Perth to Broome! colour and sound is great. Functions are easy to find on the remote and it fitted perfectly on our existing TV wall bracket. price was very competitive too. Well done
