ENGLAON Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines delivery terms, responsibilities, coverage, and conditions for orders placed through ENGLAON. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Coverage

ENGLAON currently ships within Australia and New Zealand only. We do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time.


2. Shipping Costs

Australia

  • Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $50 (standard-size items only)
  • Orders under AUD $50 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $10
  • Oversized items (such as outdoor TVs) are calculated at checkout based on parcel size and delivery location

New Zealand

  • Free standard shipping on orders over NZD $200 (standard-size items only)
  • Orders under NZD $200 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of NZD $20

All shipping fees are displayed prior to payment so customers can review delivery costs before completing their purchase.


3. Dispatch & Processing Times

Standard Dispatch
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, packing, and handling from our Campbellfield, Victoria warehouse.

Weekend & Public Holiday Orders
Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items
Products marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched according to the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.


4. Shipping Methods & Couriers

Australia
Orders may be delivered via established carriers Australia Post, TNT, or StarTrack.

New Zealand
Orders are fulfilled through our Auckland-based logistics partner and delivered via Post Haste.


5. Delivery Estimates

While exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, typical transit times from our Melbourne warehouse are:

Delivery estimates are indicative only. Delays caused by weather, peak courier demand, or external factors are outside ENGLAON’s control.


6. Express Shipping

  • Australia: Express shipping is available for selected products and locations. Availability and pricing will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
  • New Zealand: Express shipping is currently unavailable.

7. Delivery Requirements & Access

Signature Requirement
All TV shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to sign, delivery may be reattempted or redirected to a depot or collection point.

Redelivery Fees
If delivery fails due to:

  • customer unavailability
  • incorrect address
  • restricted access

any redelivery fees charged by the courier are the customer’s responsibility.

Apartments & Commercial Buildings

  • Couriers deliver to building entrances or reception unless safe access is available
  • Drivers are not obligated to carry parcels upstairs or inside premises
  • Customers must provide accurate access instructions

8. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Customers may request Authority to Leave during checkout or directly with the courier.

By selecting ATL:

  • you authorise unattended delivery
  • ENGLAON and the courier are not liable for theft, loss, or weather damage after delivery confirmation

For high-value electronics, ATL is strongly discouraged.


9. Large & Fragile Item Handling

Certain items (including large TVs and outdoor displays) are classified as oversized or fragile freight and may:

  • require specialised handling
  • ship via dedicated carriers
  • have extended transit times

Conditions vary depending on destination and freight provider requirements.


10. Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and collected, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


11. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

  • Small accessories may be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers within Australia
  • Large TVs and bulky items require a physical street address
  • New Zealand deliveries cannot be sent to PO Boxes

12. Transit Cover (Shipment Protection)

All ENGLAON shipments include transit cover for loss or damage occurring during transport while under courier custody.

What Transit Cover Includes

  • Damage during shipping
  • Loss while in carrier possession

What Transit Cover Does NOT Cover

  • Theft after delivery confirmation
  • Damage after parcel is signed for or ATL accepted
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

13. Damaged Deliveries — Required Procedure

Because TVs are fragile electronics, parcels must be inspected upon delivery.

If damage is noticed:

  1. Inspect before signing where possible
  2. Mark receipt as “Damaged”
  3. Photograph packaging, label, and product
  4. Email evidence within 48 hours to
    service@englaon.com.au

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect courier claim eligibility.


14. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned due to refusal, failed delivery, inaccessibility, or being unclaimed, ENGLAON reserves the right to deduct:

  • original shipping cost
  • return freight charges
  • handling fees

before issuing any refund.


15. Delivery Delays Outside Our Control

ENGLAON is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • courier disruptions
  • severe weather
  • peak periods
  • industrial action
  • customs clearance
  • remote delivery routing

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or compensation.


16. Risk & Ownership Transfer

Risk transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the courier to the nominated address or collection point.

Ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.


17. Click & Collect (Melbourne Only)

Customers located in Melbourne may collect orders directly.

Collection Requirements:

  1. Select Pick Up at checkout
  2. Wait for Ready for Collection notification
  3. Present order confirmation and photo ID
