Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

New Zealand

Nothing in this Warranty limits or excludes your statutory rights.

  1. The product is confirmed to have a major failure under ACL / CGA; or

  2. The fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

If the product has been used and does not meet the criteria for major failure:

ENGLAON will prioritise repair or replacement of the same or equivalent model.

This approach is consistent with standard consumer electronics industry practice.
