Use of Remote Control
The air mouse is not very well aligned to the mouse arrow which makes it annoying to use but it does the job of getting Netflix to work.

Needs programing
It's not very user friendly - To program in the remote so it turns the device on/off is not clearly instructed. We haven't managed to get it to work. I don't recommend (everything else works) their is latency with the remote to screen when using a mouse option but that is common for devices like this.

Limited use for Netflix
I purchaced this remote at very modest cost ($0) plus P+H from Englaon.
I tried to use it to overcome a problem with the Netflix app on Android 9.
After playing with it for quite some time and installing the recommended patch, I still found that Netflix was difficult or impossible to navigate.
To be clear, the remote works OK, and the free upgrade from Englaon was appreciated, but it did not fix the problem caused by the Netflix App.
Five stars to Englaon for the help, but one star for the overall lack of success.
