I purchased 3 englaon tvs new with my caravan. After using it for 2 years, suddenly I couldn’t get Netflix while touring Australia. When I get home the solution is another remote. So 3 tvs 3 remotes. Remotes are free. Postage is $10 each even though they are posted in the same package for the same price. So now I have 4 remotes one for the tv, one for the vast satellite system, one for all the other internet apps and one for Netflix. Wow 4 x 3 tvs = 12 remotes for one caravan. And $30 for 3 free remotes 😂😂😂😂

Don't like it at all. it is too difficult to use as not accurate when trying to select areas. I did not want it at all, but it is a 'fix up' devise for Netflix only. I would like to speak to someone in authority about the whole situation. Not what I purchased and very disappointed I now have a 'make do' TV.
