The wall bracket is very well made and provides the options for many sized visa mounts, I was disappointed my bracket didn't have the spirit level as advertised and was shocked that the selection of TV mounting screws didn't have the right one to fit my TV, especially given it was a new Englaon 27" TV, you would think you would at the very least cover your own TV's. The screws provided for mounting the bracket to the wall was also not suitable for a Caravan, again, isn't this the main market for these TV's and Brackets?

At this stage the bracket seems to work well. I like the locking pin which was explained to me by the customer service team members that we can travell with the Tv attached to the bracket with the locking pin securing the Tv.
