    Replacement remote

    Our first remote that came with the tv was terrible. You couldn’t change channels or love from app to app. I submitted a warranty claim and a new remote was sent. The response time was amazing and the replacement remote is excellent. I can continue to watch tv on the road. Thank you

    Replacement Remote

    We were sent out a replacement remote for our new Englaon TV, as the original one was very sluggish and kept coming up with low battery warnings, the new remote is excellent, very quick to respond and no battery warning issues
