Replacement Remote
The support I received when I rang to query how my remote was operating was very
good and response time in terms of providing a replacement was prompt. While I
haven't extensively tested the new one as yet, a quick run through to make sure it was
okay showed much improvement. Nevertheless I still think the remote operation is naturally clunky and wonder if this is something that can or is being worked on currently at your
end. Thanks
