1. Leave a Google Review
To post a Google Review (a Gmail account needed)
Once your review is live, please take a screenshot. An example of a Google review screenshot is shown below for reference.
2. Complete Your Order Details
Please fill in the form with the same details you used when placing your order (name, email address, and order number). This helps us quickly locate your purchase and verify your eligibility.
3. Upload Your Google Review Screenshot
Click the Browse button below to upload the screenshot of your review. This step ensures we can confirm your review has been successfully posted.
4. Submit and Wait for Confirmation
Once you’ve entered your order details and uploaded your screenshot, click Claim My Warranty Extension.
Our team will review your submission and confirm your extended warranty within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your application is approved.
