Please note that content and features will vary from time to time without notice.
Of course! All our Smart TVs have built-in Wi-Fi and so they’re able to pick up phone hotspots and any valid Wi-Fi networks.
If you’re searching for a wireless connection, please go to Settings / Wi-Fi Menu. You should be able to search for your surrounding Wi-Fi network. Then select the network you want and enter your Wi-Fi password.
If you can’t find your Wi-Fi network, you may need to restart your TV’s Wi-Fi settings and the Wi-Fi router. It may sometimes be necessary to check that your Wi-Fi router has the latest firmware.
If you’re using an ethernet connection, please make sure your TV is connected to a modem/router via an ethernet cable, and make sure the ethernet is selected in the TV’s Settings menu.

Check your wireless connection and consider moving the wireless router closer to the TV.
If possible, connect your TV to the router using an ethernet cable. This will give you a higher speed for streaming.

All ENGLAON current models (since 2019) support Miracast. This means that all the HD video and music content from your Android Powered Smart devices can be wirelessly displayed on your TV screen.
You need to insert the remote dongle into the Network USB on the TV. There is a Network USB next to Ethernet/RJ45 Input.
Then you need to insert the battery into the air remote and press the Air Mouse button on the remote to activate the mouse pointer function.
Note: The Android powered smart device you want to mirror and your ENGLAON smart TV both need to be on the same Wi-Fi Network.
On your ENGLAON Smart TV, please go to the Android menu using the remote control and look for the MIRACAST Icon. Then use the remote control arrow to select the icon and press OK.
On your smart device, click on Screen Mirroring / Smart View Setting and select the device you want to connect with.
If you have the early version of Android, you’ll need to download the EZCast App from Google Play Store. Once this is installed, sync the devices.
