How much does delivery cost?

We calculate your delivery fee by the size and weight of the items in your order, plus the distance to your delivery address from a fulfilment location.

You can work out how much delivery will cost for your purchase by using the delivery cost calculator in your Shopping Cart. Otherwise, your delivery fee will be automatically calculated at Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.

We use Australia Post to deliver to your home or office anywhere within Australia. If you’d prefer to use an express service or another courier, please contact our sales team.

Which courier service will you use to send my order?

This is dependent on your location and the service you selected. We use a range of delivery services including Australia Post, TNT and Couriers Please.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can use your tracking number to find more accurate shipping information but this is a guideline:

  • VIC: 2-4 business days 
  • NSW, SA & TAS: 3-5 business days
  • QLD & WA: 4-7 business days
  • NT and remote areas: more than 5 business days.

How do I track my order?

As an ENGLAON member, you can log in and check the status of your order online via My Account.

After we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your tracking information from Australia Post or any other service provider. 

If my order contains several items, will they all be delivered in one box?

Sometimes when a number of items are purchased in a single order, they may be sorted into separate boxes and arrive with different deliveries. This means that all of the items in your order might not be delivered on the same day.

Do I have to be home to receive my order delivery?

You’ll need to sign for your delivery when you receive it, and because of this, deliveries can’t be made to PO Boxes. If you’re unable to receive your delivery in person – or if you have not received it within a reasonable time period – please contact us.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you’re not available to receive your delivery, a delivery slip with further instructions will be left in your letterbox.

My products were damaged during delivery, what should I do? 

If any products are delivered damaged or Dead On Arrival (DOA) then please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page or contact ENGLAON’s Customer Service on 03 9877 7318 or via email at [email protected] and they’ll assist you.

Can I visit the ENGLAON Showroom? 

Our showroom in Nunawading (VIC) stocks all ENGLAON TV ranges and TV accessories. We offer expert buying advice and a huge selection of stock so that you can try before you buy on select products.

How does ENGLAON store pick-up work?

You can also choose the store pick-up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a collection notification. When you arrive to pick up your order, all you need to do is show us your order confirmation number and a valid ID.
