How much does delivery cost?

We calculate your delivery fee by the size and weight of your order, plus the distance to your delivery address from our fulfilment location.

You can also work out the cost by using the delivery cost calculator in your Shopping Cart. Otherwise, your delivery fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at Checkout.

We use Australia Post to deliver to your home or office anywhere within Australia. If you’d prefer to use an express service or another courier, please contact our sales team.

Which courier service will you use to send my order?

This is dependent on your location and the service you selected. We use a range of delivery services including Australia Post, TNT and Couriers Please.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can use your tracking number to find more accurate shipping information but this is a guideline:

  • VIC: 2-4 business days 
  • NSW, SA & TAS: 3-5 business days
  • QLD & WA: 4-7 business days
  • NT and remote areas: 5+ business days.

How do I track my order?

As an ENGLAON member, you can log in and check the status of your order online via My Account.

After we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your tracking information from Australia Post or any other service provider. 

If my order contains several items, will they all be delivered together?

Sometimes when a number of items are purchased in a single order, they may be sorted into separate boxes and arrive with different deliveries. This means that all of the items in your order might not be delivered on the same day.

Do I have to be home to receive my order delivery?

Yes, you’ll need to sign for your order upon delivery. As such, deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you’re unable to receive your delivery in person, or haven’t received it within a reasonable time period, please contact us.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you’re not available to receive your delivery, a delivery slip with further instructions will be left in your letterbox.

What should I do if my products were damaged during delivery? 

If any products are delivered damaged or Dead On Arrival (DOA), please get in touch via the Contact Us page. Alternatively, please contact ENGLAON’s Customer Service on 03 9121 3737 or via email at [email protected] for assistance.

Can I visit the ENGLAON Showroom? 

Our showroom in Bayswater (VIC) stocks all ENGLAON TV ranges and TV accessories. We offer expert buying advice and a huge selection of stock so that you can try before you buy on select products.

Can I pick-up in store?

Yes, you can choose the pick-up option at the checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a collection notification. When you arrive to pick up your order, simply show us your order confirmation number and a valid ID.
