Terms & Conditions:

  1. You must tag ENGLAON in your post using our official handles:

  2. Your posts must remain published until the 26th of September, 2024 at a minimum. Removing your post before this date will exclude you from being eligible to win.
  3. The competition will conclude at 23:59 on September 25th, 2024.
  4. The prize is one ENGLAON 12V Bluetooth Soundbar (without 240V adaptor), valued at $169.95 AUD. 
  5. The Warranty on the Prize will last for 12 months. 
  6. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. 
  7. The Prize is non-transferrable.
  8. The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s address free of charge.
  9. Only one winner will be selected.
  10. Winners will be contacted through the platform on which they choose to post. Depending on the platform, the winner may be contacted by a comment on their post requesting them to initiate contact with ENGLAON through a direct message. 
  11. A new winner will be chosen if the initial winner does not respond or reply within 48 hours of being notified. 
  12. ENGLAON reserves the right to share your posts on our own social media pages.
  13. ENGLAON reserves the right to use any images or videos you post for promotional purposes. By posting your content, you are providing your agreement to this condition.
  14. Please do not post photos of minors (persons under the age of 18) or any individuals who have not consented to their photo being publicly posted. 
  15. You warrant that you have all appropriate permissions & consent to publish your photo or video publicly. ENGLAON will not be liable for any privacy issues or complaints arising from any content you share without the permission of any individual(s) featured in your content.
  16. Please avoid profanity, nudity, hate speech, negative sentiment, pornographic content, or criticism of ENGLAON, ENGLAON products or employees. 
  17. ENGLAON will cast the final vote on which post will be the winner. This decision is final.
  18. This competition is not sponsored or affiliated with Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
  19. You may post as many photos or videos as you wish. Each post or photo will be considered an entry to the competition.
  20. The winner will be announced on Monday, 30th September, 2024.
  21. Once the competition has concluded, you may remove any posts or content you have published. However, ENGLAON reserves the right to continue using your content past this point.
