What time do you process order until?

Orders are processed and reviewed Midday every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excepts public holidays). Depending on your chosen delivery option we will process and dispatch accordingly. If you have questions on delivery status, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. 

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, we are able to take orders over the telephone with credit card. We are here to help with any general or technical enquiries you may have before placing your order.

Can I view an item before ordering? 

Yes, you can view products prior to ordering at our Nunawading showroom. If you have a particular item in mind, please get in touch with stock availability before you visit the showroom.

What happens after I have completed the payment online successfully?

After you place an order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. If you need a formal tax invoice for proof of your purchase, please send us a message and we will send it with the item or by an email. If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please Contact Us.

Why my promotional code is not working?
