Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely! We can help you place your order over the phone using your credit card details. We’re also here to help with any general or technical enquiries you may have before you place your order.

Can I view an item before ordering it? 

Of course you can! You can view products at our Bayswater showroom prior to ordering them. If you have a particular item in mind, please get in touch with us to confirm stock availability before you visit the showroom.

Why isn’t my promo code working? 

Please check whether the code has expired and double-check the terms and conditions of the code offer. If you have a correct code but you’re still experiencing difficulties with it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

What happens after I’ve successfully completed the online payment?

After you place an order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. If you need a formal tax invoice as proof of your purchase, please send us a message and we’ll send it with the item or by email. If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please contact us.

How long will it take to process my order?

We process and review orders at midday every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except on public holidays). We’ll process and dispatch your order according to the delivery option you’ve chosen. If you have any questions about your delivery status, please get in touch with us.
