What are my payment options?

Online purchases with us are easy and secure, and we accept a selection of payment options like:

  • PayPal*

*For security reasons we’ll only accept and deliver to confirmed addresses when you use PayPal. To confirm your address, add and link your credit card to your PayPal account. Once your billing address is verified, your shipping address will automatically be confirmed. 

Can I pay for my products with a Bank Transfer?

You definitely can! Just contact us directly and we’ll provide our bank transfer details.

Why has the order I made with PayPal been refunded?

If you paid for an order via PayPal and it’s been refunded, in most cases this is because your address is unconfirmed and needs to be verified. Please read the info about this above. 

Why didn’t my debit card payment go through?

Please check your card details have been entered correctly. In some cases, if you’re ordering a high-value product, you may need to contact your bank.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place order – you can simply check out as a guest. But we strongly suggest you create your own account to place orders.

How long will my refund take?

Once we’ve received the item, please allow 2 – 3 business days for your payment to be refunded.
